The future building of the Trend wholesale fashion centre in Budaors is a store and office building to be constructed at a floor space of about 9,000 sq m. Stores will be on the ground and first floors, and offices on the second. The function is rendered exciting by the fact that the principal wishes to create an exclusive centre for the entire industry. He wants to attract all fashion related companies by making comfortable conditions for them.

Therefore, apart from traditional units, a club and a restaurant will be on the second floor, which can be used for having meetings and events. Besides, there will be a fitness club in the building as well, which can be used by the employees and the business partners alike. Offices will perform not only the administration of the companies operating here but it is hoped that accounMnt and fashion designer companies will also move in, the area is also suitable for creating industrial units (dressmakers shops) within.
When designing the facade, we took efforts to distinguish the house from the simple hall-like business centres: it is rendered unique by its mass formation and the use of demanding materials. The construction will start soon.
