The plans were drawn up in conjunction with M Architectural Office (link: https://mepitesziroda.hu). The completed building is the first phase of the property development project launched by Pesti Házak Zrt. The corner plot and the development parameters made it possible to design an L-shaped building. A roof garden was constructed on the first floor level, towards thee inside of the block, bordered by apartments with terraces. In the internal space it became possible to build a 6-storey high internal atrium beside the vertical access system, which was established in a somewhat grander way than is usual in the case of apartment buildings. The glass roof of the top-most level illuminates the interior during a significant part of the day to an extent well beyond that expected.
