The residential building with a roof terrace and roof garden will be constructed in a popular district of the downtown. The ground floor will contein offices as well. On the shorter side of a longish rectangular lot, we had to design a building that meets the expectations of future residents and the principals demand that it should utilize the area that can be built up to the fullest possible degree. In this case, it is a key issue that good floor solutions counterbalance the difficulties of lihgting up. It was an interesting task to adapt to the different heights of neighbouring houses.
