Residential building in Fogarasi road

 The studio apartments on the street façade of the seven-unit apartment building on Fogarasi út has to be protected as much as possible from noise and dust due to the large amount of traffic, therefore a sound-limiting glass wall was constructed as a part of the building on the plot border. The building mass was placed 3 metres back from the street line. The building with its minimalist lines and calm, harmonic form is a characteristic element in the street. The double stairway located on the corner of the building serves two medium-sized apartments per floor, the ground floor accommodates a business.
