The structures of the building are mostly original even today, but their maintenance and renovation of the years was not carried out properly. On the one part, the residence is leaking in several places and on the other part it was supplemented with aesthetically unsuitable elements that are not worthy of the building. During the renovation the entire fa\u00e7ade was restored to its original condition and the existing doors and windows were renovated. We demolished the amateurish lean-to roof added to the building and covering the rear entrance, in its place we planned a point-clamped, tempered glass lean-to roof complying with the rhythm of the fa\u00e7ade structure. The building was renewed inside as well. The bathrooms were adjusted in accordance with the demands of today, the floor surfaces were renovated, and the parquet flooring was revealed from under the wall-to-wall carpeting.
