Among some other renowned architect offices, the Investor also invited our office to prepare a concept plan for the plot, which became his property, located in \u00dajlip\u00f3tv\u00e1ros, adjacent to RaM Colosseum and C\u00e9z\u00e1r H\u00e1z.<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Keeping the valuable existing trees of the area.
\n\u2013 Maximizing the green surfaces and the areas of green roofs: terraces on the upper levels, green roof building block interior, playground in the inner courtyard, a kindergarten garden, common garden, private gardens for 1st floor homes.
\n\u2013 Building mass that is playfully liberated within the framework of the urban planning regulations in force, and synchronizes different needs.
\n\u2013 4 facades \u2013 4 directions \u2013 4 different relationships with the city \u2013 2 different regulatory systems \u2013 4 types of orientation \u2013 1 system.<\/p>\n
Separating the plane of the bounding walls and that of the perforated fa\u00e7ade cladding helps to handle the proportion of priority fa\u00e7ade surfaces defined by the regulation, the loggia shading on the south side, and the openings integrated in the fa\u00e7ade plane of the north-eastern side at the same time.
