We elaborated the plans of the office building together with the architecture office located in Graz called Atelier Thomas Pucher.

The plot which provides space for the Center Point 3 office building is located in the 13th district, in the block surrounded by Váci Road – Frangepán Street – Lomb Street – Petneházy Street.

The purpose of the designed investment is to create a complex office building, which is composed of several units, which is progressive and innovative in every aspect and creates additionally to its own function a strong connection with the urban context. The designed office building will be created as direct continuation of the Center Point 1 and 2 buildings, which already exist on the site.

Because of the same ownership, the aim was to design a building unit which can be used uniformly, has large floor area, can be connected, and has rentable office levels. After merging the plots, the three buildings are on one block of land, and formulate a harmonious spatial composition. By opening the inner yards towards each other and towards the public traffic, it can create a nod which can appear in the district’s circulation system as well.

Above the common spaces on ground floor we designed general office levels from first floor until the seventh floor, and we created two additional mezzanine levels set back on top of these. The levels of use are created with the same height as the existing office levels. The layout of the façade openings follow vertically the architectural structure of the existing, connecting buildings.

We created two levels of parking garage under the building by using the whole area of the plot, and a third level of reduced floor area, which serves primarily to place mechanical and technological rooms. On the ground floor around the building we created a wide arcade, which will be handed over for public use by the investor.
